In order to stay ahead of the curve, an AI-supported, vector-based image search was integrated into both the web shop and the customer app of GLOBUS Switzerland in 2023. This innovative similarity search with text information not only took the shopping experience to a new level, but also increased the premium department store's sales by 400% within just one year.

GALERIA
Development, realisation and operation of one of the most modern and highly scalable eCommerce platforms in Germany. After just 12 months, the online shop went live as a central element of Galeria's holistic omnichannel strategy. A cost-efficient e-business solution for digital store integration that is still supported and continuously developed by bestbytes today.

GLOBUS Schweiz
Für die Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Erweiterung eines vollresponsiven Multibrand-Shops mit integriertem Unternehmensbereich und Cross-Channel-Plattform betreut bestbytes seit 2016 das digitale Premium-Warenhaus von GLOBUS Schweiz. Hierzu zählt auch der Launch und die Betreuung smarter Apps für Kunden und Mitarbeiter, um die Geschäfts- und Einkaufsprozesse gezielt zu vereinfachen.
Legal-Tech
T-Systems
Seit 2009 entwickelt bestbytes für T-Systems ein Vertrags- und Verwaltungssystem für kommerzielle Daten, unter anderem für Toll Collect. Die Betreibergesellschaft des deutschen Lkw-Mautsystems wird von T-Systems kommerziell betreut. Das hierfür entwickelte Commercial-Management-Tool erleichtert die Verwaltung, beschleunigt Prozesse und sorgt für Datensicherheit.
Fin-Tech
DKB
Seit 2003 betreut bestbytes die Deutsche Kreditbank AG (DKB), einschließlich der Entwicklung einer komplexen Finance-Applikation zur digitalen Verwaltung von Onlineanträgen. Die Umstellung von manueller Eingabe auf ein Nutzerinterface steigerte Effizienz und Performance deutlich – unter Einhaltung hoher Sicherheits- und Zuverlässigkeitsanforderungen.
